The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard. We found hairs on the towels and the floor felt sticky.

The location was super convenient, right next to a U Bahn station and near restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, even during the festive period. I appreciated the small touches like having a toaster and pots and pans available. it felt secure and safe, and adjusting the temperature was a breeze.
